Intro

New to Pilates or just new to the reformer? This 30-minute session is a great place to start. We’ll walk you through the basics of equipment setup, core concepts, and foundational movements so you feel confident stepping into group classes.

This special introductory session is designed to give you a feel for the method, the equipment, and our studio environment.

Intermediate

This class is designed for those looking to progress beyond foundational Pilates, introducing new movements in a supported, step-by-step manner. With a focus on control, precision, and core strength, you’ll challenge your stability, mobility, and coordination while gradually advancing your practice. Modifications and progressions are provided, making this class ideal for those ready to take the next step without jumping straight into an advanced session.

All Levels

This class is the foundation of our studio. It’s focused, intentional, and accessible for those who are ready to move with purpose.

We offer layered progressions throughout, whether you’re new to Pilates or already strong in your movement practice, you’ll be challenged at your level. Expect a full-body flow that builds control, mobility, and strength over time. If you’re working with specific limitations or prefer a slower pace, we recommend starting with the intro class.

Reformer Jump

A high-energy, low-impact cardio Pilates class that combines jumpboard intervals with core stability, strength, and mobility work. Expect dynamic, rebounding movements that challenge your endurance while staying gentle on the joints. Jumping segments make up about one-third to half of the class, alternating with traditional Pilates exercises to keep you strong, balanced, and engaged. Perfect for those looking to elevate their heart rate, improve coordination, and build lower-body power—without the impact of traditional jumping.

Sculpt

A dynamic, athletic flow that builds strength, endurance, and control. This class blends classic Pilates principles with functional strength training, incorporating props to intensify movements. Expect a faster-paced, full-body workout designed to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and improve stamina while maintaining the core-focused precision of Pilates. Perfect for those who want to feel the burn and build resilience.

Advanced*

This class is designed for experienced clients who have a strong foundation in Pilates and are ready for greater complexity, control, and challenge. Expect dynamic transitions, coordinated sequences, and deeper engagement throughout.

*Because of the pace and level of precision required, instructor approval is required before attending. If you’re interested in progressing to this level, we’re happy to help guide you there.

FAQ's

Do you require Socks?

Nope! It's up to you. However, socks have to be yoga/pilates socks with grips on the bottom.

Are there requirements to advanced classes?

No approval is required, but we recommend choosing a class that matches your experience level. Our classes are designed with layers, so you can modify as needed. If a class feels too challenging, we encourage you to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. If we think another class might be a better fit, we’ll kindly let you know!

Do you offer memberships?

Not at this time. As a boutique studio, we want to ensure every client gets the full value of their investment. With our current class schedule, we believe drop-in and class package options provide the best flexibility.

How do class waitlists work on Mindbody?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, Mindbody will automatically add you and send a confirmation email or notification. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to free up space for others.

What if I need to miss a class?

We know things come up, and we appreciate you letting us know if you can’t attend. Our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies, as your spot is reserved just for you. If you’re unable to make it last minute, please cancel through the app as soon as you can so we can offer the spot to someone else. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Policies

At Align Pilates, we blend the precision of classical Pilates with the innovation of contemporary movement, using state-of-the-art equipment to build strength, mobility, and flexibility. Our studio is a space for fitness, community, and movement, helping you discover the best alignment for your body. Move with purpose, strengthen with control, and align with us.

Osteoporosis

Group classes are not suitable for clients with osteoporosis due to the risk of spinal flexion and high-impact movements. Your safety is our priority! If you have osteoporosis, we can refer you to one-on-one private sessions to ensure safe, effective movement.

Pregnancy

We love supporting moms-to-be! If you’re pregnant, please give us 24 hours’ notice before attending class so instructors can prepare appropriate modifications to ensure a safe, comfortable experience. As you progress in your pregnancy, we recommend lower-level classes.

Injuries & Accomodations

Clients recovering from an injury or surgery are welcome to join our classes, as long as they’ve been cleared by their doctor. Please let your instructor know about any restrictions before class, and always listen to your body—if something doesn’t feel right, stop and let us know. Feel free to reach out with any questions before booking!
