About Us
A reformer and chair Pilates studio built around real, everyday results.
We're a family-owned business and are passionate about helping the community we call home. Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance performance or simply wanting to move better through life, our goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to your body.
Every instructor on our team is Balanced Body educated, the gold standard in Pilates training worldwide, and we train on top-of-the-line Balanced Body Studio Reformers and Balanced Body Combo Chairs. We cap classes at seven clients, so you get the attention of private training with the energy of a small group. Modifications happen in real time, right when you need them.
From teenagers to clients well into their 70s, from competitive athletes to those simply wanting more ease in daily life, we have a class for you.

Meet The Team
Erica
Founder & Lead Instructor
Erica is the owner and lead instructor, bringing hands-on expertise to every session. She’s a Balanced Body comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and an NASM Mobility and Flexibility Coach.
Her client list spans from Division I athletes to professional football and basketball players, alongside everyday clients working to move better through daily life. That range shapes how she teaches, reading each body in the room and adjusting on the spot, whether the goal is peak performance or building strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Wesley
Instructor & Marketing/Creative Director
Wesley is a Balanced Body-educated Pilates instructor known for creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel at ease from their very first class. She teaches from a strong Pilates foundation enhanced with an artist's eye, with creative sequences, curated playlists, and an atmosphere that makes every session feel as good as it works.
Pilates transformed Wesley's own relationship with movement, and that experience drives her approach to teaching today. She's passionate about helping clients discover the same joy and confidence she found, meeting each person where they are and building a workout practice that feels sustainable, energizing, and fun.
Carolyn
Instructor & Client Experience
With more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Carolyn began teaching group exercise in 1990 and has been passionate about helping others move and feel their best ever since. Throughout her career, she taught a variety of formats, including step aerobics, high-impact and low-impact classes, strength training, mat work, and indoor cycling.
Today, she teaches Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and light weight training classes with a focus on building strength, improving mobility, and creating a welcoming environment where clients of all levels can thrive. She believes movement should be both effective and enjoyable, and she loves helping others discover the confidence and balance that come from a strong, healthy body.
